It's perfectly clean, great staff and location.

Loved staff and location, they were excellent. The rooms were with a balcony to the inner yard. The breakfast was included. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Playa del Carmen.

Everything was perfectly fine, loved our nice stay. Our quadruple room with a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and an individual safe was silent. All of the staff were kind, accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, adequate, the location was simple. The hotel of choice in Playa del Carmen.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with fabulous food and affable staff.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Cool staff plus the breakfast was savoury. Location adjacent to the beach, the approximate center and Cozumel. Plus, it was easy to find quinta avenida. The outdoor bar was excellent and the drinks were tasty. A convenient hotel, we had a superb stay.

staff was service-minded and hotel is impeccably clean and medium! location was incredibly convenient in a really great area. the rooms were cool enough and fan-cooled. the food was outstanding, with lots of options. good service and a very clean pool onsite.

With the help of the absolutely perfect staff, we had a fantastic stay. The room was warm with the a/c, free WiFi, for example.

My stay here was decent! Walking distance to the sandy beach. Double room was very well-kept. Food was reasonably priced with lots of alternatives.

A VERY LOVELY experience and very helpful staff. Room was extremely spacious and spotless, liked it. Plus it had courtyard view. Unbeatable location and free parking.

I loved that place, the balcony was little. Late check-out too. Besides, free WiFi worked flawlessly. Centro district was worth exploring. Besides, it was near to main streets and building just under of and the quinta too.

My favourite hotel in Playa del Carmen, the staff was especially nice. Stayed for 8 nights in this place, loved that. I had spacious quadruple room with a balcony.

The bed was not comfy, that's sad thing.

Worth its 3 stars. Wanted to explore Playa del Carmen and this hotel was good choice for doing it. The restaurant was located within 500 metres.

kaxapa factory was set 10 minutes walk away. cozy base for a city trip in playa del carmen! having access to the pool was great.
